Ashley Jefferson has made her mark nationally as a determined and ingenious entrepreneur by forging a successful career across multiple fields, including fashion, journalism, and philanthropy. In 2018, she opened CAZA Development, LLC - later renamed VA Lifestyle Group, a brand and marketing company that fosters the appreciation of local, elevated brands that span the space of retail, fashion design and publishing. 

Ryan Azia - Creative Director

Ryan Azia was always doing creative work while balancing his corporate career. In 2019 he decided to become full-time creative dabbling as a multimedia artist, clothing and jewelry design, creative consultant, photographer, videographer, and entrepreneur. He brings his skills and unique eye to VA Style Magazine. He is currently the Executive director of RVAFW, co-founder of Noel Ryan Art Studio in Northern Virginia.
